What to Expect on Delivery Day

If more than one supplier is coming, sketch the site before anybody arrives. Mark where the tent goes, where the food is going, where people will sit, and where each outlet is. It takes ten minutes and it prevents the two most common problems at a busy event: two crews wanting the same ground, and too much drawing on one circuit. Send us the sketch or describe it, and we will work to it. It is the single most useful thing you can do.

Space and surface: Mark the setup area on your sketch and leave clearance past the unit for anchoring and the blower. Grass, drives, and at-grade patios all work. Make sure nobody else has claimed the same patch.
Power: The blower needs a standard outlet on a circuit that will hold it for the whole rental. Where a caterer or a sound system is drawing from the same one, that is worth sorting before the day rather than during it.
Timing: We will give you our arrival window at booking. Pass it to everyone else and ask for theirs, since the tent generally wants to be up before the rest arrives.
